I good morning. I purchased a new car & when I chose the colour I really liked it but now I have it I really don’t like it. The garage has said I can’t return it for this reason as there isn’t anything wrong with it. However I’m the customer shouldn’t they agree to change the colour for me.
The garage is quite right – if the colour matches what you have chosen. When you buy goods from a store or garage, there is no cooling off period, unless the company has one in place. This means you could only return the car if it was faulty.
